Your insurer or the Third-party insurer have a completely different approach of addressing the repair of your vehicle. Generally, in an insurer approved repairer it will be done at agreed rate meaning the Bodyshop has no alternative but to use copy parts and in some cases parts from a previously written off vehicle. They try to repair damaged parts rather than replace to save costs where they can. Our Network is different, we have our own dedicated network of 150 repairers Nationwide who have been thoroughly audited by our team and all carry the prestigious BSI125 Kitemark approval and a whole host of manufacturer approvals. This means they have been certified by an independent governing body and the vehicle manufacturer on the correct methods to repair cars. Our repairers will only use new parts on your vehicle directly from the manufacturer, manufacturer paint from a distributor approved by the manufacturer and we replace all parts damaged in the repair. This is us putting you and your vehicle first.
